This is a personal yet open blog about my weight loss goals. Every week I will post my current weight, what my starting weight was at the beginning of the week, and my goal weight.
Before I even start I'm going to say that I am dieting healthy. Taking natural suppliments, eating healthy, going on excursive programs ect. I am NOT staving myself or purging, nor is this a blog about that. This is a blog for personal inspiration to get fit, and will hopefully encourage others as well.
